A project plan that can change with the crew.

Record the busiest phase, start date and expected handover date. Consider handwashing, accessible facilities and service access at the same time as the toilet quantity. Ask how additional units and schedule changes would be handled.

Prepare a first-delivery brief

Share the address, gate, site contact and an annotated placement plan. Keep overhead clearance and vehicle turning space in mind. Calls can be taken 24/7, but a delivery window must be separately confirmed.

Workforce and schedule

Share the estimated number of workers, shift pattern, project start date and expected duration. Mention whether staffing or work areas are likely to change.

Safe practical placement

Consider a stable area that remains reasonably accessible without blocking equipment, deliveries, emergency routes or active work zones.

Vehicle access

Describe gates, surface conditions, narrow approaches and other constraints that may affect delivery or servicing access.

Longer-duration questions

For an extended project, ask how scheduling, servicing requirements and changing site conditions would be handled for the specific request.
